By the end of March, Rajasthan’s Bhilwara district was on the cusp of a large-scale outbreak of the novel coronavirus. However, in the last one week the district has turned things around, reporting just one new Covid-19 case. How Bhilwara managed to do so is something the central government now wants other cities and districts to learn.
