The farmers are agitating against the three farm laws, enacted by the Centre in late September. Farmers believe that the new laws will gradually end the mandi system and leave them at the mercy of the corporates. So thousands of farmers from six states decided to head to Delhi for a two-day “Chalo Delhi” protest march.
